We began as an exterior power washing company, working directly on-site with property managers and maintenance teams. That hands-on experience shaped how we operate today — responsive, detail-focused, and built around the realities of occupied apartment communities.

Lodge Life evolved into an unlimited licensed general contractor capable of managing exterior restoration, capital improvements, and long-term property maintenance — all while maintaining the service-first mindset that earned our clients’ trust in the first place.
